At D. Gartner Contracting Ltd, our story is built on a foundation of faith, family, and commitment to our clients. For over 40 years, Darwin and Jackie have dedicated their lives to building not just structures, but lasting relationships. We treat every project as if we were building it for ourselves, ensuring the highest quality and care.

D. Gartner Contracting Ltd began building quality Custom Homes in early 1986 and has had the privilege of building hundreds of homes throughout the Fraser Valley of British Columbia Canada since that time.  We are grateful and appreciate the trust that our clients have extended to us in allowing us to be part of helping making their dreams become a reality.

We take pride in providing our clients with quality construction in experience, labour and high quality materials.  We understand the investment it takes to have any project constructed and take this very seriously.

We are a registered builder with BC Housing (previously known as the Homeowner Protection Office of BC) as well as Travelers Canada (Warranty provider) since the inception of the current New Home Warranty program in 1999.

D. Gartner Contracting Ltd is also a member in good standing with the Canadian Home Builder's Association of the Fraser Valley.  This assures our clients that we are current in all construction industry changes and education giving them the best possible qualifications for quality construction.
